(Apologies. This content is only available in German language.)
EJBW: Why have you decided to do volunteering?
Olga: I would like to get knowledge and work experience in international education projects, learn German language and improve my language skills with native speakers. My goal is to develop my personal and professional skills and try myself as a Project Manager and a Trainer.
EJBW: What motivated you to come to EJBW?
Olga: EJBW is an education meeting center, a »dream place« for international students, which provides a lot of events, projects for young generation. It is an honor for me to work in this organization, develop my skills and improve my personal competitive advantages here.
I am highly interested in developing international projects and youth education programs. I want to continue deeply learning intercultural dimension, aspects of international management, interact and working with students. I would like to get knowledge and experience from Senior Trainers at the EJBW, build education strategies, implement them in practical approach and provide quality education process as Junior Trainer. After my studying in Friedrich-Schiller University in Jena, it is my pleasure to return back to my lovely Thuringia and live in one of the wonderful cultural and international city Weimar.
EJBW: What are your expectations for this year?
Olga: There are a lot of expectations beginning from supporting & participating in existing projects and providing new international projects, untill learning from experts how to do seminars. I am also interested in research on cultural differentiations and social topics with possibility to travel and learn more about Germany, especially about Thuringia.
EJBW: Dear Olga, thank you for the conversation. We wish you a good start at the EJBW!
